WHAT ARE Aperitif Glasses USED FOR?

Avec takes its name from the French "du café avec le petit verre" which means coffee with the little glass. Avec is ideal for serving after dinner and can be made with whisky, liqueurs, rum, port, grappa, cognac or punch. These are drinks that are often served and go well with coffee. A avec glass is also suitable for martinis or sake and can be used for pre-drinks if you wish. Avec glasses usually hold about 2 cl.
