The Ryo Chair from Dagmar is a new edition of a model that was first produced by Hans Hansen & Son in the early 1940s in Odense. The shape is characterized by a stripped-down expression and a balance between comfort and proportions that is typical of Danish furniture design from the period. The armchair's frame is made of solid beech and assembled using traditional carpentry methods. The seat is fully sprung with foam padding, upholstered in fabric and manufactured in Sweden. With its high back and generous seat depth, the armchair fits in a living room or library.
