The Copenhague CPH90 Walnut desk was designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec for the Danish brand HAY. The table consists of an 18 mm plywood top in walnut veneer or linoleum in different colors. The edge of Copenhague CPH90 matches the legs, which are made of solid lacquered walnut. The desk has a simple and graceful design in one that fits well in most environments.
The Copenhague series consists of several tables that Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec designed specifically for the University of Copenhagen in 2013. The furniture is recognized by its homey, welcoming motif but iwa also designed to be easy to care for and durable. These were important requirements from the university when producing the series. The Bouroullec brothers took on the task by using modern technology combined with a rich history of design. A broad series with a strong visual design that is suitable for both private and public environments.
