This rectangular Äng vase was designed by Eva Schildt for the Swedish brand Klong. Specially designed to create beautiful flower arrangements where the entire beauty of the flower is highlighted, from crown to stem and leaves. Meadow consists of a cylindrical low glass vase with an inner brass stand, formed in a patterned structure that supports the flowers. Made of hand-blown glass and hand-built brass stand, each copy is therefore unique. In addition to this variant, Äng Vase is also available as a round cylinder-shaped glass vase in brass, oxidized brass, silver-plated, and in black-lacquered brass in various sizes.
The Äng vase won the Elle Decoration Swedish Design Awards in 2014. Äng is an excellent gift for celebrations such as graduations, baptisms or birthdays. This elegant vase is a stylish interior detail in, for example, a window and fill it with twig flowers or a beautiful rose.
