This is a griddle from the Swedish brand Looft. Designed to replace the grill grate, the griddle creates a flat cooking surface directly on the grill and expands the functionality of a modular outdoor kitchen.
The griddle is made of 4 mm thick 304L food-grade stainless steel. The construction provides fast heating and good heat retention, which enables even temperatures when frying and baking. The smooth surface provides a continuous frying surface that is suitable for raw materials that require stable contact with the heat. The choice of material ensures resistance to corrosion and frequent outdoor use.
As an accessory for Looft's charcoal grill, the griddle is integrated directly into the grill's existing structure and makes it possible to switch between grill grate and frying plate as needed.
