CAMPANIA: Recipes & Wanderings Cookbook & Travel Book

This is a cookbook and travelogue from the British publisher Apartamento Studios, produced in collaboration with Belmond. It is the third in a series that explores local culture through food, landscape and photography. The book revolves around the Amalfi Coast and depicts the region through colorful images by Lea Colombo. The texts by Elisa Carassai, Claudia Durastanti and Margo Schachter provide literary insights into the history and rhythm of the place. A concluding afterword by Darina Allen is framed like a postcard from the trip. The collection contains 21 recipes, several taken from the kitchen of Belmond’s Caruso hotel in Ravello. Guest contributions from Nina Clemente, Bernardo Costantino and Salvatore Giugliano show variations on the classic cuisine. The dishes reflect Campania’s culinary heritage – from the backstreets of Naples to citrus groves and coastal produce.
