Based on the grand solo exhibition in London 2022, the book KAWS: New Fiction documents the ground-breaking, multi-dimensional exhibition that presented the artist's new and latest works in both physical and augmented reality.

This is a unique collaboration between acclaimed artist KAWS, Serpentine Galleries, digital art platform Acute Art and online video game phenomenon Fortnite.

KAWS: New Fiction bridges the gap between the physical and virtual worlds, showcasing KAWS' artwork as never before seen. You get to experience the exhibition's paintings, sculptures and artworks that can only be seen with a special augmented reality (AR) app, directly at the exhibition. In addition, you get to see a virtual version of the real gallery that was included in the game Fortnite.
