Elder 01 Black Wool Rug

Elder 01 Black is a hand-knotted wool rug from Swedish Nordic Knots. The rug is part of the Elder collection and combines traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary design language through a composition of restrained patterns and muted tones. It is hand-knotted in Bhadohi, India, with wool from Sardinia, which provides a soft and durable surface with a thickness of 10 mm. As a hand-knotted wool rug, it is suitable for living rooms, bedrooms and other interiors where material and tactility are in focus. The design was developed in Stockholm and is based on traditional weaving techniques in a modern context. The Goodweave certification ensures responsible production. For care, gentle vacuuming without rotating brushes, immediate treatment of stains and cutting loose threads instead of pulling are recommended to preserve the structure of the rug over time.
