One Curved Swivel Arm reading lamp

One Curved Swivel Arm reading lamp is a wall light from the French brand Serge Mouille. Designed by Serge Mouille in 1954, the model belongs to the Formes Noires series and represents a reduced approach to directional reading light. The fixture is mounted on a round wall plate with an integrated switch, from which a curved arm extends and swivels horizontally from side to side. The reflector is attached via a brass ball joint, allowing precise adjustment of light direction. The structure combines a steel body with an aluminum reflector, finished in black or white with contrasting brass details. One Curved Swivel Arm reading lamp is suited for bedside use, seating areas, or smaller workspaces where an adjustable light source is required. Its compact form makes it suitable for limited spaces. Each piece is manufactured in France according to the original drawings and issued as a numbered edition with a certificate of authenticity.
