Gravitino541 is a ceiling lamp from Stilnovo, Italy, designed by Antonio Macchi Cassia in 1969. The design is based on the interaction between two spherical forms, one attached to the ceiling and the other housing the LED light source. A magnetic system connects the two parts, making the simple geometry a central element of both the fixture’s appearance and function.

The magnetic attachment allows the lower sphere containing the light source to rotate 360 degrees and be freely directed as needed. The light source is recessed into the lamp head to reduce direct glare and create a soft, controlled light. The construction makes it possible to adapt the direction of the light to the room and the desired lighting. Both parts are made of metal with a high-gloss finish. The Gravitino541 ceiling lamp is available in white, black and grey, with the uniform colour scheme highlighting the fixture’s clean geometry. The fixture features phase-cut dimming, allowing the light intensity to be adjusted using a compatible dimmer.
