Bench 153B Curly Birch Exclusive Edition

Bench 153B Curly Birch Exclusive Edition, developed in collaboration between Artek and Nordiska Galleriet, is an elegant and versatile bench designed to elevate a room with both function and aesthetics. Made of Masurian birch, also known as silver birch, each piece has a unique grain that creates a vibrant and personal surface. This rare birch variety grows mainly in Karelia in eastern Finland, which adds a distinct and exclusive character.

The design by Alvar Aalto from 1945 combines lightness and flexibility, while the groundbreaking L-leg system allows the legs to be mounted directly to the seat without complicated connections. With a minimum of components, transport is easy, which is sustainable and efficient. This bench is part of a series of four and is an exclusive edition that is only available at Nordiska Galleriet. The series is part of a carefully curated range for customers looking for unique design furniture.
