Tatlin is a spiral-shaped sofa designed by Mario Cananzi and Roberto Semprini for Italian Edra. The sofa, which is positioned in the center of the room, is inspired by Tatlin's tower, whose spiral shape is reflected in the central backrest. Tatlin has a plywood and polyurethane foam base resting on chromed metal feet, the backrest is made of steel and upholstered with polyurethane foam. The skillfully assembled, non-removable seat is available in a wide variety of fabrics and leathers in different price categories, with velvet as standard. Tatlin is an architectural piece that offers a new type of seating. The sofa became an icon early on and makes itself at home in most urban spaces or public environments.
