The Sonora Gold ceiling lamp was designed in 1976 by the world-famous designer Vico Magistretti for Oluce. The lamp is characterized by its clean, geometric shape consisting of a semi-circle. The shape is familiar from the Atollo lamp, also designed by Magistretti. The pendant lamp gives off a direct, reflected light. In this version, Sonora Gold is made of gold lacquered aluminum and is available in two different sizes. In addition to gold, the ceiling lamp is also available in black, opal glass and with a golden interior. Although Sonora Gold has been around for over 40 years, it is as relevant today as when it was first launched. It is one of Vico Magistretti's most appreciated creations, not only by the general public but was also a personal favorite of Magistretti himself.
