French design with international flair

Petite Friture collaborates with a range of international designers such as Shelley Steer (Australia), Hanna Emelie Ernstring (Germany/US) and Federico Floriani (Italy). Scandinavians include Norwegian Andreas Engesvik and the multi-faceted Swedish architectural firm Claesson Koivisto Rune. Of course, the French brand Petite Friture has also collaborated with a number of domestic designers, not least internationally renowned designers India Mahdavi and Constance Guisset.

Constance Guisset is the woman behind Petite Friture’s perhaps most popular product, Vertigo. Vertigo is an award-winning ceiling lamp designed in 2010. Its unique, feather-light design has fascinated people all over the world. Thanks to its thin fiberglass structure and polyurethane velvet ribbon, the lamp seems to float in the air like a hat flying in the wind. The light weight helps Vertigo to slowly spin like a mobile, creating patterns of shadows on the walls.
