The NOHrD TriaTrainer Bench is designed by the NOHrD brand in collaboration with WaterRower. TriaTrainer Bench works as a 3-in-1 tool in exercise and can be used in three different modes. The first position is perfect for abdominal and core exercises and can be easily folded out to position two, which is best suited for training back and seat muscles. In mode three, TriaTrainer can be used for regular bench training and free weights.
