Vilhem Lauritzen designed the sofa in 1936 for the Danish Broadcasting Corporation’s Radiohuset, and is today a highly regarded piece of furniture and icon of Danish functionalism. The sofa is shaped to fit the body and has a beautifully upholstered seat and backrest, resting on an elegant wooden frame.
