Elias Armchair is an armchair from Dusty Deco, designed by Elias Svedberg. Originally presented in the late 1930s, the armchair is now reintroduced with respect for the original design language combined with updated material choices. The design is characterized by rounded corners, a generous seat and slightly curved legs, which gives a clear silhouette. The frame is made of plywood and built with multiple layers of foam for comfort.
The armchair was exhibited in Warsaw in 1938 and Malmö in 1939. The relaunch honors Svedberg's timeless design qualities and celebrates his legacy as a pioneer in Swedish furniture design. It is an excellent example of Swedish Modern, a style that has become popular all over the world.
