Koku is a collaboration between the brand Fogia and the Danish design studio Norm Architects. The inspiration for the coffee table's design language arose during a study visit to the Japanese island of Shikoku, a trip made to study the work of the American-Japanese architect, designer and craftsman George Nakashima. The name is also taken from this island. The coffee table is made of solid oak.
