Gomito Phase-Cut wall light

Gomito is a wall light from Stilnovo, Italy, designed by Gae Aulenti in 2026. The design expresses the functional design language of the 1970s through soft, sculptural lines and a clearly defined silhouette. The fixture's aluminium body preserves the original form of the design while the construction has been updated with modern lighting technology.

The curved aluminium form gives Gomito a cohesive, pared-back expression in which material and function work together. The integrated LED technology is adapted to the fixture's construction and provides an efficient lighting solution without altering its visual identity. In this way, the light becomes an integral part of the sculptural form. The Gomito wall light features phase-cut dimming, allowing the light intensity to be adjusted with a compatible dimmer. The combination of aluminium, integrated LED and adjustable brightness carries the original design concept forward in a contemporary technical execution.
