String wall end cap is a wall-mounted end cap from the Swedish brand String. It was designed by Nisse Strinning in 1949 and is a basic component of the flexible String System , developed after a competition win the same year.
The wall end is made of powder-coated metal and has a thin, graphic design that supports shelves, cabinets or other modules in the system. It is mounted directly on the wall and acts as a fixed structure in an otherwise freely configurable whole. The design language makes it possible to change and expand the system as needed over time.
String wall panelling is used in kitchens, living rooms and study rooms. It is available in several colours and can be combined with different materials and accessories in the collection. Together, the parts create a uniform expression that can be easily adapted to different rooms and functions.
