Tre Sekel

Tre Sekel Möbelsnickeri is based in Tibro, a town with a long tradition in Swedish furniture production. The company was founded in 1944 and works with a clear focus on Swedish craftsmanship and local material supply. The furniture is produced in birch from Alingsås and is manufactured using a combination of tried and tested techniques and contemporary methods.

The brand takes its name from three distinct eras in Swedish furniture history: the Gustavian period, 20th century design with Carl Malmsten at the centre, and today's designers who interpret classic ideals in a modern context. The range includes seating, tables and storage solutions that reflect this breadth of time

An example of the breadth of production is the Landala table, designed by Emma Olbers, which is designed with a narrow table top and rounded corners to suit both private and public environments. Production takes place exclusively in Sweden with special attention to quality, durability and longevity.

Tre Sekel is aimed at customers interested in furniture based on Swedish design traditions, local production and a clear choice of materials. The collections are continuously updated with new interpretations from invited designers, making the brand a platform for dialogue between historical heritage and contemporary design practice.
