Aalto Table Rectangular 82B from Artek is a timeless dining table designed by Alvar Aalto in 1933 and part of the iconic Aalto Tables collection. With its understated expression and well-thought-out construction, the table combines functionality with the material feel and architectural simplicity that characterizes Aalto's design language.
The legs and tabletop edge strip are made of solid birch, while the tabletop core consists of solid birch, chipboard and honeycomb. The tabletop is offered in birch veneer, laminate or linoleum, which makes it possible to adapt the expression to both the environment and the area of use.
The rectangular shape is equally suitable for kitchens and dining rooms as for home offices and work environments. The table can be used as a free-standing piece of furniture or combined with other Aalto tables in different formats to create larger, flexible table solutions and varied configurations.
