Arch outdoor armchair – high armrest

Arch Outdoor Lounge Chair with high armrest is a lounge chair from the Danish brand Cane-line. The chair is designed by Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen MDD and forms part of the Arch collection, a modular outdoor seating concept developed for adaptable lounge environments.

The design references historic architectural arches. Curved lines define the structure of the chair and are combined with handwoven surfaces that add texture to the construction. Within the series, backrests and armrests appear in varying heights, allowing different seating compositions. This version with a high armrest creates a more enclosed seating position and can function either as a standalone chair or as a module within a larger arrangement.

The frame combines teak with natural-colored weave, materials chosen for outdoor durability and a connection to surrounding environments. Arch is designed as a modular system that can be configured to suit terraces, patios, and garden lounge areas.
