The light source has a cylindrical dome made of clear glass containing crossed light wires for optimal light distribution. e3 LED Proxima T30 Clear E14 900lm has a light temperature of 2700K which gives a warm white light. This light source has a CRI/RA value of a whopping 90, which provides excellent color reproduction. The socket is of type E14, but is also available as E27.

Good variation on the dimming, if you want to get a strong glow or just a little weak light, it works just as well either way.

I don't quite understand the point of such an expensive and strong bulb, but it works perfectly and can of course be dimmed :)
