Block Rack

Block Rack is a bookshelf from the Belgian brand Ethnicraft. Designed by Alain van Havre, the shelf is characterized by an elegant design language with a clear architectural structure. The shelf is made of espresso-stained mahogany with a matt lacquered finish that highlights the structure of the material. The combination of horizontal planes and vertical blocks creates an open but rhythmic expression that is both decorative and functional. The open design of the shelf planes makes it possible to place books, objects and art objects at varying heights and directions.
