Chouchin 1 is a pendant lamp that was first designed by Ionna Vautrin for Foscarini in 2011. In 2021, a new edition will be launched in the form of Chouchin Bianco 1, which is completely monochrome in white. It is made of lacquered hand-blown glass that gives a diffused light that spreads atmospherically in the room where it hangs. The name Chouchin comes from the traditional paper lanterns that in Japan are hung outside homes as a symbol of luck and happiness.

Chouchin Bianco is also available in two other models that can be advantageously combined with each other.
