The Caravaggio P2 pendant light from the Caravaggio lamp series was designed by Cecilie Manz in 2005 for Fritz Hansen's Fritz Hansen brand. With Caravaggio P2 Pendant light, Manz has taken classic lamp design and given it a modern expression, a timeless design that fits in many interiors. Caravaggio was an instant success on the market and is produced in a variety of designs as a pendant light, as well as a floor lamp, a wall lamp, and a table lamp. The shade is made of lacquered aluminum and is available in four additional sizes in our collection.
We offer the lamp with a matte or glossy finish; in this version the Caravaggio P2 has a matte lacquered finish. The shade is held in a fabric covered cable and the suspension device is made of beautiful, chrome-plated steel. The Caravaggio provides directional light downwards while a dimple at the top of the shade allows some of the light to be diffused upwards.
