Oxydation Occasional Table is a side table designed by Kateryna Sokolova for French Ligne Roset. Oxydation is a table made of metal. Rust is not usually perceived as something we like but this table shows a new side of it. When metal oxidizes, it can produce unexpected results and structures.

The table has a design that has taken its inspiration from contemporary architecture, sculptures and materials. Simple and clean shapes that are produced with partly traditional and at the same time high-tech manufacturing methods. The complicated structure of the tabletop is a good compliment to a simple shape that creates an inspired design to decorate the home or other environment with.
