The Stefan Andersson Ceramic Set includes four handmade ceramic cups, created in a limited edition exclusively for Nordiska Galleriet. The cups bring together Japanese influences and craftsmanship from Dalarna, Sweden, where Andersson has his studio. The cups are the same size but come in three versions, with variations in form, glaze and firing technique.
Cobalt Blue features a blue-and-white glaze with cobalt decoration, Yellow Glaze has a high-gloss yellow glaze, and Wood-Fired has a wood-fired surface with a natural ash glaze. Each cup is made by hand, giving it individual variations in surface and character. The collection draws on local materials and craftsmanship throughout the production process. Each set comes in a custom-made wooden box, crafted from locally sourced timber at a workshop near Andersson’s studio.
