Loops is part of the Giancarlo Valle Collection rug collection designed by New York-based designer Giancarlo Valle for the brand Nordic Knots. The rugs are handmade in New Zealand wool and are produced in limited editions. The collection is characterized by elegantly cut corners and asymmetrical shapes. The organic motifs are inspired by the hand-painted furniture in Valle's family home in Guatemala City, with influences from Nordic folklore. The rugs fit perfectly in rooms where they have to take a central role – such as in living rooms or other open spaces. The collection includes only a few examples in each size.
