Pointe Red/Blue Wool Rug

Pointe is a rug designed by interior designer Michelle R. Smith for Swedish textile brand Nordic Knots. It is part of the Studio MRS collection, which takes classic geometric motifs and reinterprets them with a subtle, nostalgic expression. It is a hand-woven rug in New Zealand wool, which provides a soft surface and durable quality. The plain-woven construction provides a low profile with a thickness of 6 mm. The color palette is characterized by warm terracotta tones framed by a muted blue border, creating a balanced whole that works in both rural environments and urban homes. The qualitative rug is hand-woven in Bhadohi, India – a center for traditional rug making. The collection is produced in small editions, with only a few copies in each size. The rug is Goodweave™ certified, which guarantees ethical production. Explore more hand-woven wool rugs from Nordic Knots with us.
