Miira 1 Large was designed in 2019 by Sofie Refer for Nuura. In the same year she won an accolade at The German Designer Awards for the Miira collection. Miira 1 Large was inspired by the quality of the natural Nordic light that Nuura has managed to mimic throughout its collections with innovative technology and elegant design. Miira 1 Large is an updated version of Miira 1 with larger glass domes. The pendant is ideal for hanging several in a row, for example above a kitchen bench or a side table. The lamp comes in either brass or Rock Gray and the mouth-blown dome comes in either opal glass or clear glass with a surface that provides beautiful light patterns. The collection also includes Miira 3 Large, Miira 6 Large and Miira 13 Large.
