Pallarès

The Pallarès brand was founded in 1917 by the brothers Lluís and Carles Pallarès Canal in Solsona in northern Spain. Since the 17th century, the small village had a solid tradition of knife making and Pallarès is now the last surviving legacy of this. In the 1960s, Lluís's children Jesús and Juli Pallarès took over Moncunill and since the early 2000s the brand is now run by cousins David and Lluís Pallarès, the third generation of the family to do so.

With the passing of time, Pallarès has constantly modernised itself thanks to new innovative solutions and new technologies. At the same time, the brand has retained its traditional origins and the essence of the company. Since its inception, Pallarès has always strived to choose materials of the highest quality.
