The ES18 is a spice mill from the Italian brand Alessi. Designed by Ettore Sottsass, it is part of the Alessi 100 Values Collection and began production in 2021. The mill is made of beech wood and is made up of overlapping volumes in yellow, black and white, a design language that is characteristic of Sottsass's work.

It functions as a salt, pepper and spice mill and is intended for use both in the kitchen and at the dining table. It is made in Italy, near Alessi, through a partially handmade turning process. The natural grain, knots and variations of the beech wood mean that each piece is different from the others.
