MP0210 2 Pepper Mill

MP0210 is a spice mill from the Italian brand Alessi. Designed by Ettore Sottsass, it is part of the Alessi 100 Values Collection and began production in 2021. The mill is made of beech wood and consists of overlapping volumes in pink, red and yellow, a design language that is typical of Sottsass's work. It is designed as a salt, pepper and spice mill and is used to grind spices directly when cooking or serving. Freshly ground spices release aroma and make the mill a functional tool for both the kitchen and the dining table. The shape and color combination mean that it also functions as a decorative object and can be left on the kitchen counter between uses.
