Moka Express is a moka pot from the Italian brand Bialetti. The moka pot is the classic way to brew coffee in most Italian homes. Moka Express is the original and the original moka pot was manufactured by Bialetti back in 1933. The moka pot creates dark and full-bodied coffee and is available in several different cup sizes to choose from. One cup is equivalent to an espresso cup and the reason it comes in so many sizes is because the filter must always be filled completely with coffee powder to get a perfectly balanced cup of coffee.
Moka Express is compatible with electric and gas stoves, not induction.
