Model 77C Counter Stool is a stool from the Danish brand J.L. Møller. Introduced in 2017, it is based on Niels Otto Møller’s Model 77, adapted for use at counter height. The stool is made from solid wood and constructed with a focus on stability and proportion. The backrest is shaped using steam bending, creating a curved form that supports the body and allows for a natural seating posture. The four-leg frame is reinforced with side stretchers that enhance structural strength for everyday use. The footrest is integrated into the frame and features an aluminum inlay that protects the wood surface while emphasizing its functional role. Model 77C is used as a counter stool in residential kitchens as well as in hospitality settings, where it is placed at kitchen islands or high tables.
