Goose Eye Icon 521 Hudson is a woven rug from Swedish Kasthall. The rug is designed by Gunilla Lagerhem Ullberg and is based on the classic Swedish goose eye pattern, interpreted through a combination of different yarn colors. The color mixture softens the geometry of the pattern and creates a slightly blurred effect that gives the surface depth and variation without sharp contrasts.
The rug is made of linen and wool. Each rug is individually manufactured at Kasthall's factory in Kinna, Sweden, with natural fibers that can give minor variations in color, structure and dimensions between different yarn lots.
The woven rug can be ordered in custom dimensions upon request. Regular vacuuming is recommended for ongoing maintenance, along with the removal of dirt and stains to reduce wear on the fibers.
