Lucia Eames Rooted Ivory Wool Rug

Lucia Eames Rooted is a hand-tufted wool rug from the Spanish brand Nanimarquina. The rug is based on a motif by Lucia Eames and is based on one of her collages, inspired by nature's organic structures, plant patterns and networks below the surface. The motif has been transferred to a hand-tufted construction in 100% New Zealand wool, where soft lines and curves shape the graphic composition. Cut level differences in the pile create variation in height and depth that reproduces the layer-on-layer structure of the original work.

The rug has a total height of 18 mm and a density of 56,000 tufts per square meter, which provides a dense and soft surface adapted for daily use. The New Zealand wool has a soft feel and is certified cruelty-free.
