Savanna Jute/Cream Wool & Jute Rug

Savanna Jute/Cream is a hand-knotted wool and jute rug from the Nordic Knots brand. The rug is designed in Stockholm and handmade in Bhadohi, India, with a front side of 50% wool and 50% jute. The materials combine wool from New Zealand with Indian jute, creating a weave where the softness of the wool meets the structure of the jute. The rug has a hand-knotted design with a cut pile and a total thickness of 17 mm. The two-tone weave and the cut pile create variation between light and texture across the surface of the rug. Savanna Jute/Cream is Goodweave™ certified.

The Jute/Cream color scheme combines natural jute in warm melange tones with light, cream-colored wool. The interplay between the tones and the different structures of the materials highlights the weave and creates a varied depth across the surface of the rug.
