nh 1217 is a table lamp designed by Neri&Hu for Artemide. The lamp consists of a white glass dome connected to a ring in brushed brass that allows to light freely in different positions to direct the diffuser. nh 1217 is placed directly on the table but can also be hung directly on a hook or other alternative device for a more personal expression. Neri&Hu's series nh continues her research into the dynamic interaction of experience, detail, material, form, and light with a reinterpretation of oriental culture and tradition. The result is a series of lamps made from a variety of materials and designs that allow the freedom to create countless light installations.
