The design classic CH24 was created by Hans J. Wegner for the Danish brand Carl Hansen & Søn in 1950. CH24 Soft is a modern version where soft, muted colors adorn the classic chair. This armchair now comes in a Special Edition with water-based wood colors developed by Ilse Crawford – as a tribute to Hans J. Wegner's legacy and his over 70 years of collaboration with Carl Hansen & Søn. The Special Edition includes nine colors to be released separately from March to December and will only be available for sale in 2022.

CH24 has been in continuous production since 1950 and features a characteristic Y-shaped back that contributes to a sleek and tasteful expression.
