In The Air 6 Pendant Lamp is a pendant lamp from the French brand DCWéditions. Designed by Douglas Mont, it is structured around a circular arrangement of six light sources. The composition references retro-futurism and classic science fiction, translating those themes into a defined architectural form.
The black metal frame supports six shades in semi-opaque white opaline glass. Each globe is set within a circular ring, creating a balanced configuration with spatial clarity. The pendant lamp appears suspended in midair, while its construction remains precise and legible. The design recalls experimental lighting from the 1960s, when space-age concepts influenced interior objects.
In The Air 6 features six E27 sockets and a black fabric suspension cable. The pendant lamp is suited for larger rooms, above a dining table or conference table, where it provides general illumination and establishes a strong visual structure.
