The dining chair shown is a kitchen chair in solid Douglas fir from the Danish brand Ferm Living. The dining chair is made of FSC®-certified Douglas fir with an oiled surface that highlights the wood's natural grain. The design is inspired by the carpentry work in Can Lis and combines rustic references with an expression of lightness and precision. The rounded seat and the curved backrest form a seat that rests on a balance between function and material feeling. With its weight of 6 kg, the chair fits in both private dining rooms and public rooms. The surface is wiped with a damp cloth and should be oiled if necessary. Note that Douglas fir is a soft wood that is sensitive to pressure marks from sharp objects.
