Lux 2 Burnt Orange Wool Rug

Lux 2 Burnt Orange is a wool rug from the Swedish brand Nordic Knots. The rug is part of the Modernist Collection and relates to the design language of early modernism and Swedish functionalism, where reduction and structure govern the expression. The design is solid color but built up through a subtle variation in pile height, where a difference of two millimeters creates a low-key pattern in the surface. The rug is handwoven with a cut pile of 14 mm in total, which gives an even and dense texture. The material consists of 100% wool from New Zealand, which contributes to a durable and stable quality. Designed in Stockholm and handmade in Bhadohi, India, the rug is produced in small editions where each size is available in a limited number. It is Goodweave certified.

Vacuum with a flat nozzle and avoid rotating brushes. Shedding of fibers is natural and decreases over time. Cut loose threads, do not pull them. Dry stains immediately without rubbing and avoid strong chemicals. For more difficult stains, professional cleaning is recommended.
