In 1964, Italian designer Joe Colombo designed The Globe range for the lighting company Oluce, which included The Globe Ceiling Lamp. Like many other luminaires in the Oluce range, this lamp is characterized by its clean, geometric shapes. The Globe Ceiling is a good example of a lamp that combines form with function. The transparent blown glass sphere contains the cylindrical metal reflector that projects the light into its surroundings. Choose between a Satin Nickel or Satin Gold/Anodic Bronze finish. The Globe Ceiling is also available in two different sizes with a diameter of 20 or 30 cm. The Globe range also includes a table lamp and a wall lamp in different finishes.
