The small ovenproof shape with turned-out edges is named after the French town and region of the same name, which is famous for producing some of the world's best wines. The mould is made of ovenproof porcelain and comes in white. The Sancerre Ramekin is perfect for serving both hot and cold dishes, such as soufflé and crème brûlée.
