Goletta is a wall and ceiling light from Stilnovo, Italy, designed by Studio Nizzoli Associati in 1969. The design is part of Stilnovo's early work with plastic materials and is characterised by a flared, geometric silhouette that gives the light a distinctive three-dimensional expression. At its centre is a polished aluminium reflector with concentric rings, designed to direct and distribute the light.
The glossy surfaces and circular reflector create a distinct interplay between form, light and reflections. Goletta is available in different colours and can be mounted on either the wall or ceiling. Its modular character also makes it possible to combine multiple lights into larger compositions, with placement and colour varied to suit the architecture of the room.
