PlateBowlCup Soup Bowls 4 Pieces

PlateBowlCup is a set of four soup bowls designed by Jasper Morrison for the Italian Alessi. The series was put into production in 2008 and is characterized by Morrison's minimalist design language, where seemingly simple shapes form the basis for the plate's expression and function.

The soup bowls are made of white porcelain. The clean shape focuses on the bowl's basic function and makes the porcelain a central part of the whole. The set consists of four soup bowls that can be used for both everyday meals and more elegant events. The porcelain bowls are microwave and dishwasher safe.

The PlateBowlCup series is based on a design language where simplicity does not mean that details or proportions are unimportant, but where each part has been reduced to its functional core.
