Normandie Ochre Wool Rug

Normandie Ochre is a handwoven wool rug from the Swedish brand Nordic Knots. Designed by Studio Mellone, the rug is reminiscent of the early 20th century ocean liner Normandy and the structured elegance of Art Deco. The linear geometry and clear rhythm create a graphic expression with architectural presence.

The rug is made of 100% New Zealand wool with a cut pile and a thickness of 14 mm. The material provides a refined and long-lasting softness. The handwoven technique highlights the precision of the pattern and gives the rug a distinctive structure that fits in the living room, dining room or study. The design was developed in Stockholm and handmade in Bhadohi, India.

The collection is produced in small editions with a limited number of copies per size. The rug is Goodweave™ certified.
